The Best Cheesy Artichoke Dip Ever

My friend makes this amazing hot artichoke dip for all our functions. It goes like hot cakes. It is simple and delicious and needs to be shared. Use this for any potluck for any occasion. Best served with tortilla chips, pita chips or something with a nice crunch a little bit of salt.


1 cup sour cream

1 cup mayonnaise

1 cup shredded mozzarella

1 cup shredded Swiss cheese

2 cans quartered artichoke hearts, drain liquid

2 tbsp. minced garlic

Optional: paprika or a sprinkling of cayenne pepper on top

Combine all ingredients. Put in a 13″ x 9″ baking dish. Bake at 450 degrees until bubbly and brown, approximately 20 to 25 minutes.

Obviously you can play with this recipe adding in other herbs and spices or even sautéed spinach, but it stands on its own as well.
